LG G3: A competition to SG S5 and HTC One M8

By
The company is jumping in the smartphone arena after a long time and keeping in mind that, the dart should hit 10 on 10. No wonder why we waited so long for LG to give us a next generation device. After having a look at the specs of LG’s G3, I am worried that the sales of Samsung’s Galaxy S5 and HTC’s one M8 are injeopardy. If you think I might be saying too much about LG G3, then you can have a look by yourself too.

Variations LG have made

A lots of things are going to impress the LG users because they are about to see something never seen on LG before. First of all the processor and Chipset; the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core 2.26 GHz processor. Second is the Slim Port of microUSB v3.0. Now here you are all aware of what a v3.0 USB port is capable of. It is going to be a very high quality device in terms of connectivity to the PC. The camera though of 13 MP has been used before too but the pixel count it is giving has gone a bit higher. 4160 x 3120 pixels are where everyone will get impressed. It has got some new sensors too like compass. The screen size has gone to 5.5inches which makes it a LG phablet bigger than ever.

What should Samsung and HTC worry about?

Of course the new things which LG have introduced are also new for HTC and Samsung too. As I have mentioned the processor and the chipset above, these will be a headache to both these mobile phone making leaders. Their smartphones also lack in the USB port. May be it will be a great advantage to LG because they are the first to introduce v3.0 in smartphones. The pixels count and frame rate will also bother these two influential companies; though Samsung is the best in camera qualities. The screen size is also bigger than S5 and M8.

Similarities between these frontrunners

This section is full of lots of similarities. The latest android OS v4.4.2 Kit Kat is number one in this list. As the increasing popularity of thefree of cost Google manufactured operating system, it is what every smartphone maker looks for. No doubt that these three have also chosen the same. Secondly, the memories of these three devices have common digits. Both the internal and the external are almost same. We have got 16GB and 32GB versions of all of them. And we also have the 2GB and 3GB RAM versions of all of them. Also all three offer similar 128GB expandable memory externally by SD card.

Suggestions

Suggesting one might get harder for anyone because these all predictions are based on specs. The real test would be passed on 27 May when LG G3 will be in the hands of everyone. Till then, all I can say is, the phone has beaten Samsung and HTC.
